Cancel and Order

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the option cancel your order  if your order has not been processed. 

If Your Order Has Not Shipped: 

1. Request a cancellation by using the "Get in touch" option within this support.
2. Provide your order number and name within the email.
3. If your order is successfully canceled, you will receive a cancellation email.
4. If cancellation is not successful, you can start a return online.

If Your Order Cannot be Canceled or Has Shipped:

1. Processed orders cannot be canceled by Customer Care.
2. If it is too late to cancel your order, you may return any unwanted items in accordance with our Return Policy
