When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days

Most products are shipped within 1-2 business days. Order ship time is based on product availability in our warehouse. Orders are shipped via UPS / FedEx or USPS ground, which will take 2 - 6 business days from date of shipment to receive via an economy method. An order confirmation will be sent indicating your order has been accepted by our system, this will contain your order number. If there is an unexpected delay in your order you will be notified by the next business day. 

Free Shipping on all orders $99 and up

For orders under $99, our shipping charge is only $6.95. Merchandise total must be over 99 for free shipping offer.

Most orders received by 2PM Pacific Time Monday - Friday ship the same day.

Business days include Monday - Friday and exclude national holidays

Allow extra time for items that are: 

1. large or heavy
2. shipped directly from the manufacturer( Subwoofers and enclosures)
3. out-of-stock items
4. items shipped to APO/FPO addresses and other U.S. territories outside of the 48 contiguous states

Expedited shipping methods are available for most items. Shipping rates can be calculated simply by adding an item to the shopping cart and entering your postal code prior to checking out.

Expedited shipping options:

• Next-day
• 2-Day Air (Business Days)
• 3-Day Air (Business Days)
• FedEx Home Delivery (Operates Tuesday through Saturday)

Expedited shipping order must be received by no later than 12:30 Pacific Time (Monday - Friday). If an item cannot ship that business day you will be notified via email.

We do not ship to freight forwarders. Some items that ship from the manufacturer can only be delivered to addresses within the 48 contiguous states. Call us for delivery information on specific models.
